I have many interests and passions; health and wellness being at the top of what inspires me and to focus to further enrich my life. Because of my own hard work and determination, I lost 70 pounds and gained my life back (emotionally and physically).  I gained self confidence, self worth, I developed a new sense of belonging, community, faith, and a purpose filled life, a more sense of hope and gratitude.  I love working with and helping others get started on their journey to living a healthier lifestyle. ​

My family is important to me; from my kids, grandkids, friends, my dog (Ace) and my cat (Mimi). Music is a big part of my life, being active; the outdoors, hiking, 5k's, reading, writing, traveling and making things happen.
